Băm nhuyễn đầu hành lá, tỏi, hành tím để ướp thịt.
Dùng chén để chuẩn bị gia vị ướp: 1 muỗng cafe dầu hào, nước tương, mật ong, sữa đặc, đường nâu. 1/2 muỗng cafe hạt niêm, muối, 1 ít bột ngọt & tiêu, 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn. hỗn hợp này trộn với đầu hành lá tỏi băm & hành tím cho gia vị hòa quyện vào nhau. Bạn nào có máy xay sinh tố thì xay nhuyễn lại càng ngon.
Sau khi cho gia vị vào ướp thịt, cho thêm 50ml nước cam hoặc thơm hoặc bò cụng redbull vào trước khi cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh ít nhất 2 giờ trước khi nướng.
Làm nóng lò ở 170-180 độ C trước từ 10-15 phút. Nướng lần 1 15 phút và trở mặt còn lại nướng 7-10 phút là xong.
